FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:How do I reserve an inflatable for my event?Click "inflatables" on the menu, pick the inflatable you wish to rent, and then check the calendar for your event date. If your date is available you can reserve your inflatable by filling out the online form, calling us, or coming by ComputerWorks, at 1912 Denny Ave(Hwy 90)., Pascagoula, MS. Reserve as far ahead as you wish. After reserving your inflatable, a $100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit applies towards your rental cost. ComputerWorks is an authorized agent for credit/debit card payments. We only accept cash/check on delivery. Can I pickup my inflatable and set it up myself? Yes, but we don't recommend it. First, our employees are trained on proper setup. This protects you and your guests from injuries resulting from improper deployment and setup. Second, these inflatables weigh more than 350 - 400 lbs each. Picking these up using a standard pickup would require 3-4 adults! We move them around on special pallets with a forklift. They can be damaged or torn if not handled properly. You would be responsible for damage incurred in the unloading and reloading process. What if I need to change the date or cancel my event? You may change your reservation date as long as the inflatable is available on the new date. For cancellations, you will get a rain check to use anytime within the next 12 months following the cancellation date. What can I expect at delivery? We will deliver the inflatable, electric fan blower, stakes, extension cords, and a moisture tarp. You should select a setup area that is on dry level ground and within 50-75 ft of a 110V AC receptacle. We will setup and inflate the jumper/slide, conduct a safety briefing, and make sure you understand the rules involved. A moisture tarp is provided to cover the jumper if it is kept overnight to prevent you from spending hours towel drying it before your party. Can I put a water hose on a dry slide or jumper? Absolutely not! Nada! Never! Dry slides ARE NOT designed for water during use. A wet jumper/slide will put your guests at risk of a slip & fall injury and also promotes the growth of mold and mildew. If you are interested in water, we may have water slides available during the Summer season specifically for this. |
